Continuing on the inspired journey of incorporating former works of art into a new piece, the framework of the former geometric design of Mondriet was utilized.

A meeting of both hot and cool tones - much like divisions of the self. Old work cut from prior canvases is incorporated into the new, and embraced as one.

Can you tell what is repurposed from what is painted canvas…? I believe you’ll find it hard to distinguish unless you take a very close look - much like one would do with facets of oneself.
